Field examples

Results that stay discreet.

In security, trust is not built by publishing client names. We show the type of situation, the intervention, and the output a board, family, or team can actually use.

Every output is written so the client can open it in a boardroom, at reception, with IT, or with family and know who does what in the first minutes of a crisis.

Crisis briefing for soft target protection

Retail / soft target

A shopping center after repeated incidents.

We reviewed entrances, evacuation routes, reception routines, tenant communication, and management response to active-assailant, evacuation, and outage scenarios.

Output: crisis playbook, clear staff roles, regime measures, and decision drills with management.

Anonymized security files and technical inspection

Industry / know-how

A development team before sensitive information leaked.

We mapped where sales, development, external suppliers, and sensitive meetings intersect. The work included a technical sweep, communication rules, and data-carrier handling.

Output: sensitive-asset map, OPSEC rules for key people, and a procedure for meetings, visits, and documents.
