How we work
This role is higher than the regular back office.
You will coordinate priorities, contracts, key meetings and people in a rapidly growing security group. Trust, not control. No waiting list, no dead ends.
Compensation
60,000–90,000 CZKFixed salary according to experience and seniority + bonus component according to assumed responsibility, performance and real contribution to management.

- Complete administration of the office in Prague 1
- Back office, deadlines, documents and follow-up steps
- CRM Pipedrive — leads, activities, pipeline and reporting
- Support of the sales team, contracts, offers and documents
- Scheduling meetings, management priorities and executive follow-up
- Communication with clients, accounting team and internal specialists
