Protection of persons

Protection of persons

Threat assessments, vetted routes and silent escort for a specific person and their family — when threats, surveillance, a dispute or a sensitive path arise.

Discreet escort of the protected person when leaving the building to the car, civilian clothes, evening city.

The manager leaves the house for the car in the morning — an everyday movement where exposure most often occurs.

First the reality, only then the measure.

Exposure does not only occur with publicly known names. It applies to owners and management whose address, vehicle and daily rhythm are searchable from public registries, social networks and family photos. However, serious cases rarely start with an attack — they tend to have a recognizable trajectory: fixation, harassing messages, tracking, attempted contact. The point of threat assessment is to catch this trajectory early. Most situations are then not resolved by force, but by regime: the person is seen earlier, their day is less repetitive, and it is clear who is making decisions at a given moment.

  • The address, vehicle and daily rhythm are often traceable from registers, social networks and photos with location data.
  • Threats tend to have a trajectory — fixation, harassing contact, tracking, approach. Threat assessment should catch her sooner.
  • Transitions tend to be risky: arrival, parking lot, exit from the event — places where the day is repetitive and predictable.
  • The family is often more vulnerable than the protected person alone — and a medical event is a more frequent incident than an attack.

Scope

What the product is — and what it isn't.

Includes

  • Threat assessment and personal risk profile with likely scenarios
  • Low profile escort with tracking detection on moves and events
  • Checking the location and route in advance: entrances, facilities, evaluation of the hotel and the hall
  • Residential regime and calm rules for family and household
  • Reduction digital tracks: address, vehicles, location data, leaked data

Does not include

  • We do not track or verify third parties
  • We do not promise zero risk or absolute safety
  • It isn't armed escort nor theatrical accompaniment
  • We do not replace the police or emergency services
The advisors and the client indicate in the checklist what the protection includes and what it consciously does not include.
The coordinator and the client go through a personal risk profile — the first stage is a threat assessment.
The coordinator builds routes, places and variants of the protection plan above the printed map.
The coordinator checks the hall and entrances in advance — advance is silent preparation before arrival.
Low-profile escort on the move — only as much visibility as necessary.

Procedure

First the reality. Then measures.

  1. 01

    Threat Assessment

    Threat Assessment

We name who and what constitutes a real risk — a what phase of the trajectory the threat is in, from fixation to attempted contact.

  2. 02

    Protection plan

    Protection plan

We will compile a mode of movement: variants of routes, safety driver, contacts, rules of communication and the strength of the escort according to the scenario.

  3. 03

    Pre-screening

    Check location and route

Reconnaissance of the route, entrances, background and escape routes before the client gets there — including options for a worse situation.

  4. 04

    Silent operation

    Silent operation

A low-profile escort with continuous tracking detection — visible only as much as necessary.

Coverage

Risk arises where the day repeats itself. That's why we protect the routine — and we want to catch the threat in the fixation phase, not at contact.

At the entrance of the residence, a calm mode of entry and visits is set, without the atmosphere of a fortress.

Residence

Mode of entrances, visits and delivery, overview of the surroundings and rehearsed response of the household; not a fortress but a calm controlled space.

The car's route and parking are checked before departure — movements are planned in advance.

Travels and transfers

Reconnaissance of routes and variants, safety driver, pick-up at the airport, hotel evaluation; communication discipline during the move.

Inconspicuous provision of the client's arrival and departure at a public event, without ostentatiousness.

Public events and performances

Inspection of the hall and facilities in advance, separate arrival and departure, agreed signals and backup plan for a worse situation.

The specialist shows the client their publicly searchable digital footprint and suggests what to reduce.

Digital footprint

Address and vehicle traceability, family profiles and photos, public records, leaked data — and their projection into the regime.

A calm domestic scene: an adult at the table goes through simple family rules, without an atmosphere of fear.

Family and close surroundings

Calm rules for partner, children and household including first aid and health plan — without creating fear.

Hands flipping through document Threat Assessment and Protection Program — A Tangible Output, Not a Threat.

Output for management

Threat assessment and protection program

Confidential written document + personal briefing of the protected person and family.

What the document contains

  1. Personal risk profile: sources of threats, their trajectories and likely scenarios
  2. Graduated mode: from the plan itself to the safety driver to the full team
  3. Transfer plan: routes and variants, contacts, communication rules
  4. Family, Residency and Digital Footprint Reduction Rules
  5. Priority steps: what to deal with now, what to monitor, what to postpone

We describe measures and decisions, not threats. The document remains confidential and is shared only with those it concerns.

Role and mode

Who decides and how we cooperate.

  1. 01

Head of Protection (single point of contact)

Single contact person for the client; maintains the plan, team and decisions and coordinates cooperation with the police when appropriate.

  2. 02

    Pre-screening coordinator

It carries out reconnaissance of routes and places, evaluates the hotel, the hall and the facilities and prepares variants for normal and aggravated situations.

  3. 03

    Protection team members

Low profile escort, tracking detection and daily operation according to agreed regime and boundaries.

The head of protection for the printed plan coordinates the team — a single point of contact for the client.

Operational log

  • One head of protection as a constant point of contact for the client and family.
  • A short briefing before each riskier action or by road: route, variants, signals.
  • Continuous evaluation of threat signals — new threats, mentions, developments of the dispute.
  • Activating enhanced mode upon a specific threat or incident.
One time
The threat assessment and protection program alone, without constant accompaniment, as a basis for your decision-making.
By event
Pre-screening and escort only for specific events, trips or sensitive periods, not permanently.
Continuous mode (flat rate)
Permanent protection mode with an agreed rhythm, capacity and single point of contact.
Graduated strength
A named scale: schedule itself, safety driver, escort of one person, full team. We choose based on risk, not impression.

Discretion

The protection of persons only makes sense when no more is visible than must be seen. We are working low profile: no label, no pomp, no unnecessary audience. We protect the program, routes and movement of the protected person as operational security (OPSEC) — information about who will be where when, is itself sensitive. We keep client, family and scheme information separate and share it as per policy need-to-know (only to the extent necessary). But confidentiality has legal limits — we will announce what the law requires us to announce, and we say it in advance.

  • A low-profile escort with no markings or flamboyance
  • Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) with all team members
  • Operational security: routes and programs are known only to those who need them
  • Confidentiality within the limits of the law — without the promise of absolute coverage

Standards and the law

Trusted capacity, within the limits of the law.

  • Screening and proven experience of team members
  • Procedure within the framework of the relevant authorizations (licensed business Security of property and persons)
  • First aid and conflict management training
  • Defensive approach: prevention, detection and de-escalation, not a show of force
  • Uniform procedures for transfers and communication, clear boundaries of roles, regular updating of the plan
We operate legally, proportionately to the risk and within the framework of the relevant authorizations. We protect the client and their environment — we do not monitor, screen or restrict third parties. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. We do not have and do not offer any stealth or offensive abilities against the environment. We do not do what is outside the law.
Team members practice first aid and de-escalation — competence instead of a show of force.
Consultant and client in a calm conversation at the table — we solve decision-making questions openly.

Questions for decision

Is personal protection legal and who can do it?

Yes. We provide personal protection within the framework of the relevant authorizations (licensed trade). We work defensively and appropriately, without interference beyond the scope of the law. This is not an armed escort — the core of the craft is threat assessment, planning, scouting locations in advance, and managing situations calmly.

Does the neighborhood know we have protection?

The goal is the opposite. Most of the work is what no one sees: route reconnaissance, pre-screening, tracking detection. The escort is low-profile, without markings and pomp. We choose visibility according to risk — preferably less, but smartly and early.

Will protection disrupt normal life and family?

It doesn't have. We build the regime so that it interferes with the normal day as little as possible. We will only agree simple, calm rules with the family, without creating fear in the children. Good protection is measured by how much time and peace it gives back — not how many people stand around.

When does it make sense to address the protection of persons?

In case of threats, repeated unwanted contact, suspected surveillance, dispute, sensitive route or major event. For companies, it is also a matter of duty of care — the duty of care, i.e. the management's responsibility for the safety of key people: the protection of the owner or director is a company's decision, not a manager's luxury.

How to determine how much protection is needed?

We start with a threat assessment, not a team offer. According to the real risk, we choose from a graduated scale: the plan itself, a safety driver, an escort of one person, a full team. We'll also say what you don't need so you don't pay for visibility that doesn't make sense.

What if you find a specific threat or personal data breach?

We'll describe what we've found from legal and public sources — traceable address, vehicles, leaked data — and suggest steps: regime change, digital footprint reduction, GBH Cyber involvement. If a crime is suspected, we will recommend and support a solution with the police.
